Taking off from the River Run Centre at 4.55pm on parade day this 3km route crosses the Eramosa Road before joining the parade route on Woolwich St, and ending Downtown at Carden Street.

Because you get to wear a Santa suit (included in the registration fee) and entertain spectators before the parade starts. Also, proceeds from the event go towards Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph.
